A little bit Ponsonby, A whole lot of Country!

Back in summer, we opened a little country bar called

Jolene, just for a few months, just for fun. But Auckland showed up, and kept showing up!

So we found a permanent home on Ponsonby Road, and we’ve been turning up the volume ever since.

Jolene isn’t just a bar — she’s a feeling.

She’s the woman who walks in like she owns the room. She’s loud, warm, wild, and unapologetically herself. That’s who we built this place for and now you’re part of the story too.

JEFFERSON'S

Jefferson’s whiskey, produced in Kentucky, is a symbol of curiosity and the experimental spirit. Embracing innovation, the brand uses techniques such as aging at sea and original wood combinations to create its top-rated bourbon blend. Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s has been part of Pernod Ricard since 2019.

RABBIT HOLE

Rabbit Hole’s super-premium bourbon and rye are redefining American whiskey. Founded in 2012, these 100% Kentucky-made modern whiskeys marry heritage techniques with innovative grain mixes to create one-of-a-kind expressions that challenge the status quo. Rabbit Hole, which has been part of Pernod Ricard since 2019, takes a creative approach to a rich spirits tradition.

TX is a proudly Texan whiskey produced by the Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. near Fort Worth. The range includes a blend of select sourced whiskeys and a straight bourbon made from yellow dent corn and soft red winter wheat sourced an hour south of the distillery, fermented with a wild yeast strain captured from a Texas pecan. TX has been part of Pernod Ricard since 2019.
